I've been working a ton and haven't had much time to paint all the wonderful things floating around in my head (umm, ok, wouldn't paint ALL of them anyway, but a few good ideas are in there too).
This is a tree frog I found in my backyard. There is a "contest" on Watercolor magazine's site about painting what you find in your own environment, and this might be my submission. http://www.artistsnetwork.com/article/wca_creativity_painting_off_road/
My little frog isn't nearly as cool as that alligator, but as I mentioned above, I'm working ALOT and haven't had much time. I hope to have time to even paint this. Hope all of you are well and happy.

hey Trish.. THanks for following my blog, and what a cool banner you have, it speaks the tone of your blog so well. The watercolors are enchanting - named after crystals and stones. Sugilite is my favourite.
